Projectmanagement

A professional project management takes over the organizational support of the development of your new part according to IATF 16949:2009 in our company.

From the placing of the order to the series production, every project is supervised in a qualified manner.

We attach great importance to the direct and intensive dialogue with our customers.

Construction

Solid Works as CAD system is the basis for our designs.

Whether tools, products, devices, equipment or processing technology – every part is developed, detailed and documented in a qualified manner.

Tool shop

Our own, modern toolmaking department does the preliminary work for the production of sophisticated impact-extruded parts.

Concentrated and distinct experience in the production of impact extrusion tools is the prerequisite for the continuous development of formed solutions in aluminium.

Production

For further processing and refinement of the extruded product, extensive machining and non-machining technologies are available. Whether re-turned, milled, re-formed, assembled, heat-treated or surface-treated – our aim is to provide finished products in accordance with our customers’ wishes.

Special machining concepts are developed and implemented by us. This also includes measuring and testing techniques. Supplementary technologies such as surface treatments or coatings that are not carried out in-house can also be included in our scope of services and responsibilities.

Forming

Clear focus on cold impact extrusion

Your product is in the focus!

Already in the early stages of new projects we support our customers with our expertise in cold forming and complementary technologies.

Even before a tool is created, our forming simulation (Simufact®) can provide important and valuable results. Feasibility studies largely avoid errors in the formed part.

Pre-simulated product and tool designs lead faster to the goal and reduce tool development times and correction runs. Theoretical and practical expertise lead to the optimal solution.
